THE LABOR MARKET: LIQUID AND CERTIFIED

The certification of skills takes on central importance with the increase in occupational transitions and the continuous change of professions. In the transition from the old labor law to the new labor market law. In a phase in which work is characterized by short cycles also due to the introduction of new technologies, the certification of skills can be seen as the key to responding to the sudden changes in the increasingly dynamic and liquid labor market. Consequently, on the one hand, the training of the worker becomes an employment lever capable of adapting to the ever-changing needs of companies, on the other, the worker, at the center of the learning process, must be able to demonstrate his or her professionalism in an objective and third-party way.
This process of objectifying one’s own skills offers employers the possibility of extricating themselves reliably and effectively from the curricula of candidates in the selective field. Therefore, an objective certification system is an excellent tool for minimizing the risk of making mistakes in the personnel search phase, while increasing the chances of success in a selection process.
In a historical moment in which there is a tendency to develop measurement tools in the environmental, financial and values fields, the market for professionals and training institutions has also become more challenging. In particular, for professionals who do not belong to orders and colleges, it is no longer sufficient to certify one’s competence with the qualification and curriculum vitae.
The skills acquired through the training and professional path improve and transform, regardless of the profession carried out. Evolution, by its nature, is never the same, precisely because its essence varies and branches out over the course of each person’s career. The liquidity of skills requires a tool with which to demonstrate to the market the possession and maintenance of one’s skills over time, which must be able to adapt to the versatile market in which we operate.
This instrument, recognized in the national framework for the self-regulation of professions, is the certificate issued by RICEC, a body accredited by Accredia according to the ISO/IEC 17024 standard.
For the purpose of issuing the certificate, RICEC verifies and certifies the possession of the professional requirements based on the technical standards and other documents and regulations applicable to the specific activity.
Third-party certification ensures the independence and impartiality of the professional’s assessment and guarantees their competence, as it pushes the person to possess, maintain over time and continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
RICEC, the certainty of skills!

Professional competence is not only a condition of prestige, but also a matter of honesty.
